Resorts World Genting reopens on 19 June with enhanced safety measures
Resorts World Genting (RWG) will reopen at 10am on Friday, 19 June 2020 with enhanced safety measures in place to ensure the health and safety of all its guests and employees. Due to limited capacity, entry into SkyCasino at SkyAvenue and Genting Club at Genting Grand Hotel will be for Genting Rewards members only.
Awana Skyway cable car and Genting express buses will also resume operations.
RWG has re-engineered its processes and developed a comprehensive safety plan in line with the government’s guidelines and global best practices. The RWG StaySafe Promise outlines RWG’s enhanced safety plan for the resort. The protocols cover social distancing measures, enhanced cleaning and disinfection processes, as well as the deployment of service ambassadors among others. Service ambassadors are specially trained customer-facing employees who will assist and guide returning guests on the resort’s enhanced safety measures.
RWG has implemented MySejahtera Check-In at all its primary entrances and outlets throughout the resort. Guests are encouraged to download and register the MySejahtera application prior to their visit to RWG for convenient access to the resort’s premises.
