Rite International Inc to launch ‘Inspired: Are you future ready?’
An idea that was born back in December 2019, long before COVID-19 struck and made online events the norm, has finally come to fruition as RITE International Inc launches its ‘Inspired: Are You Future Ready?’ global online conference which is set to air from 24 to 28 August 2020. This is the event not to be missed this year for anyone who is asking questions about the future of education, work, money, skills and sustainability.
With YAM Tunku Zain Al-’Abidin ibni Tuanku Muhriz - Founding President of the Institute for Democracy and Economic Affairs (IDEAS) and Trustee of the Genovasi Foundation - delivering the opening keynote address, as well as official partners ranging from local organisations such as Agensi Inovasi Malaysia and NAMA Foundation, to global ones including QS World University Rankings, Inspired has garnered praise and attention from various esteemed parties.
Unlike many online events today, Inspired offers a wholesome experience which aims to enhance audience engagement even beyond the conference dates - taking advantage of technology to provide Q&A channels, reflection sessions and networking opportunities with hundreds of other participants from across 6 continents. Speakers at the conference will share meaningful, actionable strategies that participants can immediately apply in dealing with today’s VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) world.
Inspired aims to cultivate mindset change, nurturing more of the planet’s population towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030 through a global community of collaborative changemakers. As the world moves towards an ever-evolving future, the call for inspiration must reach the people it is intended to affect. This inaugural edition of the conference will cover a holistic journey across its five days, including topics such as:
- How to lead a new generation of kids with empathy and kindness
- How your workplace and workforce will transform within the next 5 years
- Think you have a big idea? Starting a startup 101
- The role of women in the new digital age
- Make confident decisions like the investment superstars
- Living a life of purpose: How we can all prepare for “the day after” COVID-19
- People, power & the environment
Inspired is also proud of its inclusive lineup, with 38 speakers representing 18 different nationalities, in addition to a variety of age groups and professional backgrounds across diverse industries. These include:
- Deborah Olatunji: 17-year-old education reform activist, author and Martin Luther King award-winning poet
- Anne Caron: People strategy expert; 10 years’ ex-Google (senior management role in HR); consulted for Gojek pre-unicorn
- Dr Kamel Hothi OBE: Special advisor to the Queen’s Commonwealth Trust; OBE for Diversity in Banking
- Dorjee Sun: World Economic Forum Young Global Leader; TIME Magazine Hero of the Environment; serial social entrepreneur
- Gaëlle Mogli: Founder & CEO, ConnectAID; former UN spokesperson (Geneva)
In addition to reducing the carbon footprint of attending international conferences, Inspired democratises the conference experience through accessible pricing, an affiliate business model, and scholarships offered to deserving applicants worldwide. Profits from the conference will go towards charitable causes, including ConnectAID - the International Solidarity Network for humanitarian and development aid - as well as ThinkWise, a critically-acclaimed programme for the much-needed uplifting of thinking skills in young children.
As many countries continue to battle against COVID-19, Inspired is also playing its part alongside Family Mask, a PPE manufacturer from Hong Kong. Speakers and participants at the conference can nominate from their respective countries, non-profit organisations that are doing work related to breast cancer, to receive 1,000 face masks per organisation free of charge and inclusive of international delivery. In Malaysia, beneficiaries of this partnership include the Breast Cancer Foundation and the Breast Cancer Welfare Association. As the only Malaysian company thus far to be inducted into the Meaningful Business 100 - a Forbes list equivalent for global leaders, which champions the coexistence of people, purpose and planet alongside profit - RITE International Inc is proud to fly the Malaysian flag through such international partnerships.
With tickets at just USD 99 each for 38 hours of content, this works out to less than RM 11 per hour of world-class learning opportunities from experts in their respective fields. Ticket holders also get access to the recorded conference videos for a full year. If you want to grow your understanding of the future world, this conference is for you, wherever you may be. Now is the time to find your edge - Be Inspired!
