redONE is giving out over RM30,000 this CNY

redONE Network Sdn Bhd (redONE), Malaysia’s largest Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO), is celebrating this Chinese New Year with the Malaysian public with its redONE Angpow Scan & Win Contest that will run from 12 to 26 February 2021. By giving out over RM30,000 in cash prizes along with exclusive redONE merchandise, this contest will see 36 daily winners throughout the contest period. The daily prizes are one (1) RM288, five (5) RM188, ten (10) RM88, and twenty (20) exclusive merchandise.

To be a participant of this contest, any Malaysian citizen or resident may obtain a free pack of redONE Angpow (money packets) from its list of nationwide Branches and sales partners. There is a QR code on each packet and all it takes is a scan using a smartphone where the user will be led to the contest form page to answer a few simple questions. Every 18th entry will be shortlisted as a winner each day, and redONE will contact the lucky participants.

This year’s Chinese New Year is different from the past where open-houses and huge gatherings were a common sight in welcoming the first day of spring in the lunar calendar. Nonetheless, there will be Angpow-giving and this is where redONE aims to add extra value in this traditional custom of blessing. “Although celebrations are toned down this year, Angpow-giving is still expected among family members and close friends.
