According to Forbes, worldwide data interaction went up by a whopping 5000% between 2010 to 2020, to be precise, from 1.2 trillion gigabytes to almost 60 trillion gigabytes. Hitting closer to home, according to the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), the government is having plans to develop a government ‘super app’ or National Mobile Application and gather public feedback on their acceptance level of it.
