This article is 2 years old

Pusat Jagaan Nur Sakiyah received a daily essentials donation from Best Global Logistics Technology (M) Sdn Bhd (more commonly known as Best Express Malaysia).

Deputy General Manager, Tony Zheng Xiao presented the donated items to Puan Sakiyah, the representative of Pusat Jagaan Nur Sakiyah.

“We strive to be a responsible organization and always look for opportunities to give back to the community. Especially during these difficult times,” said Tony Zheng. “It was our pleasure to sponsor the essentials to Pusat Jagaan Nur Sakiyah as part of our Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) initiative.”

“Due to the rising Covid cases in these few months, people are avoiding visitations to our centre. Therefore, we are hoping the public can contribute in terms of food, clothing, education and also rent.” Puan Nur Sakiyah shared the difficulties faced by the orphanage.

“We are grateful to Best Express Malaysia for their donations, it has undoubtedly solved the shortage issue at the moment.”

The orphanage is located at Shah Alam with a total of 42 kids aged between 2 and 6 years old taken care of by volunteers.
