TalentCorp Addressing Challenges in the Talent Ecosystem

Talent Corporation Malaysia (TalentCorp) held an Industry Dialogue with the theme "Malaysia Madani: Addressing Challenges in the Talent Ecosystem".

The dialogue chaired by YB Tuan V. Sivakumar, Minister of Human Resources aims to further discuss on the needs of the industry and the talent provision, especially young and those who are in domestic and foreign markets. It is also one of the preparatory steps to attract more investment into the country.

This industry dialogue with YB Minister of Human Resources brings together industry players consisting of members of the Malaysian Global Talent Advisory Group (MyLead) and Industry-Talent Advisory Council (InTAC) who experts and industry professionals. In line with the 6 pillars of Malaysia MADANI, TalentCorp collaborates with the Industry to ensure that the country's talent is Sustainable, Prosperous, Creative, Respectful, Trustworthy, and Courtesy.

This dialogue is also a medium between the Industry and the Government in improving policies and government policies to strengthen the talent ecosystem. It also helps the government to obtain feedback from the industry to improve the country's talent and close the gap between talent and industry needs.

The minister also called on the industry to act more proactively in looking after the welfare of workers and improve the talent ecosystem better so that they can attract more quality talents to drive the national economy.
