UEM Sunrise launches Happy Hunt Campaign alongside Happy Hunt property showcase in Publika

KUALA LUMPUR, 16 June 2023 – UEM Sunrise Berhad (“UEM Sunrise” or the “Company”) has eagerly unveiled their latest nationwide campaign in line with the Company’s tagline, Find your Happy, called the Happy Hunt campaign with the goal of providing more opportunities for the public to earn and win attractive goodies during their property-hunting journey, as well as reiterate the Company’s commitment to create spaces that inspire joy and happiness, one space at a time to help homebuyers “Find your Happy”.

Happy Hunt is an integrated marketing campaign where prospective homebuyers can walk away with attractive cash rewards and prizes worth up to RM350,000 while undertaking their property-hunting journey to own their dream home, infusing elements of fun and many incentives along the way. Prospective homebuyers can stand a chance to get cash rewards up to RM150,000 and prizes in the form of home appliances when they purchase a UEM Sunrise property from now until 31 December 2023.

Prospective homebuyers can choose from an array of participating projects including the new launches and ongoing projects located within Central Region such as The MINH, Allevia, KAIA Heights, Serene Square, and The Connaught One, and within Southern Region such as Senadi Hills Phase 2A, Aspira Gardens Phase 2, and Aspira Square, and many more upcoming projects. In addition to that, prospective homebuyers will also stand a chance to win extra goodies ranging from shopping vouchers to electronic gadgets at the end of every month when they visit any Happy Hunt Property Showcase, roadshows or UEM Sunrise sales galleries for a personalised project brief and tour of show units of their project of interest.

Happy Hunt serves as the driving initiative set by UEM Sunrise under the umbrella of their brand tagline, “Find your Happy”, and is part of their efforts to catalyse the Happy Hunt Property Showcase. This showcase is a new concept of home exposition making it convenient for prospective homebuyers and the public to check out great offerings and promotions from UEM Sunrise and their partners including IKEA, Electrolux and Panasonic.

Happening at UEM Sunrise’s creative retail space, Publika Shopping Gallery, Level G2 from 20 until 25 June 2023, the Happy Hunt Property Showcase will not only feature the UEM Sunrise’s participating projects, but double up as a home exposition where the public can easily visualise their ideal homes, featuring home furnishings by IKEA and appliances displayed by Electrolux and Panasonic, who are part of the Company’s Vendor Partnership Programme. The first ten homebuyers who purchase a UEM Sunrise property at the Happy Hunt Property Showcase will receive free Interior Design consultation from IKEA worth RM1,000.
