NHCCE 2023 which will have the theme ‘HR 5.0: The Next Evolution in Human Resource Development will be held at the Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC) from 4 July – 5 July 2023.

The decision to host NHCCE 2023 in Sabah reflects HRD Corp's profound appreciation for the region's more than 11,000 registered employers and 440,000 employees and with a focus on elevating people development in Sabah and Sarawak, the conference aims to blend national perspectives with local insights and challenges across various essential tracks.

Employers in the Borneo region represent diverse sectors such as Services, Manufacturing, Construction, Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing, Mining, and Quarrying. This diversity, coupled with rich natural resources, has contributed to significant economic growth in both Sabah and Sarawak.

This conference is open to students as well, with a fee of just RM200 per person. Group passes, with a minimum of 3 participants per group, are priced at RM1,350 per person. Government staff, on the other hand, only need to pay RM1,400. Meanwhile, standard passes are priced at RM1,500 each.
