BizApp and Ninja Van Launch 50 'VIP LANE' PUDO Points within Klang Valley

This article is a year old

BizApp users who utilise Ninja Van courier services can now enjoy special services and promotions at selected Ninja Van PUDOs via the BizApp VIP LANE.

BizApp Ventures Sdn Bhd co-founders, Hasnol Mizam Hashim and Mohd Taib Pardi, said that BizApp has been collaborating with Ninja Van since 2018.

This latest development introduces the BizApp VIP LANE, designed to streamline deliveries for entrepreneurs, especially those just starting their businesses. Customers would also benefit from special pricing offers that set Ninja Van apart from other courier services.

The launch event for the VIP Lane took place at the recently opened PUDO Ninja Van Ara Damansara.

The initiative aims to establish a total of 300 BIZAPP VIP LANE PUDO points throughout Malaysia, with the first phase beginning at 50 selected Ninja Van PUDO points in the Klang Valley.

PUDO stands for ‘Pick-Up Drop-Off’, and it represents convenient locations where customers can either drop off packages for shipment or pick up packages that have been delivered to them.

PUDO points can be found in various locations, including convenience stores, post offices, and dedicated drop-off and pick-up centeres. In this case, they offer a hassle-free way for BizApp users to manage their deliveries.

BizApp users can easily utilise this service by printing an Air Way Bill (AWB) sticker directly from the BizApp application. They can then affix the sticker to their shipment package and simply drop it off at a Ninja Van counter displaying the BizApp VIP LANE sticker, all without the need for prolonged wait times.

The BizApp VIP Lane service is available from Monday to Saturday, starting at 10am and ending at 5pm. For BizApp users who have not yet created an account with Ninja Van, they can do so at any BizApp VIP LANE counter and enjoy special promotional pricing offers.

This collaboration between BizApp and Ninja Van is set to revolutionise the way entrepreneurs and businesses handle their deliveries, providing them with a swift and cost-effective solution through the newly established VIP LANE PUDO points.

BizApp is today’s Malaysia’s largest rural social commerce platform.

The company has been growing from strength to strength, and testimony of its soaring success is the RM 3.2billion gross transaction value (GMV) the company has posted since its establishment in 2017.

BizApp currently has over 700,000 users to date. The platform is also a key engine of growth for Malaysia’s largest end-to-end e-commerce ecosystem, Commerce.Asia.

BizApp specifically fills a gap amongst bumiputera businesses in suburban and rural populations that primarily sell through an agent-based business model. The model allows for sellers to function with minimal cost, and for stockists and business owners to have a number of people that help market and reach customers.

As a result, numerous entrepreneurs, traders and product founders have taken advantage of the BizApp platform to manage their business operations, including managing orders from agents, drop-shippers, direct orders from customers or orders from digital markets/marketplaces such as Shoppe or Tiktok. Through BizApp, users also benefit from managing delivery of their products because the platform is fully integrated with various courier companies.

Meanwhile, Commerce.Asia Group CEO Kuna Kathigesan said that both Commerce.Asia and BizApp would continue leveraging on each other’s platforms to encourage the rural communities to partake in social commerce.

“Leveraging on our experience, we will expand the BizApp business model further into Malaysia and across Southeast Asia, enabling us to leverage on the fast growing Southeast Asian e-commerce industry,” said Kuna.

For BizApp users who have not yet opened a Ninja Van account, they can do so at any BizApp VIP LANE counter and enjoy special promotional pricing offers.
