Luwjistik: The All-in-One Solution for LSPs to Start, Scale and Enhance Their Services

This article is 9 months old

LSPs (logistics service providers) in Southeast Asia face hyper-competition and many macro-challenges, such as soaring fuel prices and increasing customer demands. Enter Luwjistik.com, a unified API platform that allows LSPs to connect with multiple partners and expand their network with a single integration while maintaining control over their supply chain.

Luwjistik presents a transformative opportunity for LSPs, offering a seamless pathway to diversify their business segments with new services, expand into new regions, and tap into additional revenue streams. That’s why LSPs across Asia have signed on as clients.

Expanding Reach and Supply Chain Control

With Luwjistik, LSPs can quickly expand cross-border lanes. Luwjistik simplifies cross-border expansion by providing an extensive network of network partners across 22 countries with a single API. Clients like Pos Malaysia leverage this network to save costs and eliminate complexities by integrating multiple network partners.

Luwjistik’s clients can also effectively design, build, and control their supply chains. They can customise their workflow and network partners for each lane or streamline it with Smart Routing International (SRI) efficiency. Two of Luwjistik’s clients, Crane Worldwide and Lion Parcel, adopted these innovative features to scale their operations and optimise their capacity.

The third key advantage of Luwjistik is its ability to empower LSPs to manage both B2C and B2B shipments on a single platform. It offers an all-in-one B2C and B2B shipping platform where clients can effortlessly submit orders and track their shipments in real-time. This allows clients to seamlessly shift from B2C to B2B or vice versa, eliminating the need for additional investments in separate infrastructure and software.

In addition, Luwjistik’s clients can enhance customer experience with value-added tools. With tools like Order Management System (OMS) Lite and Distribution Management System (DMS), clients can empower their customers to manage their orders and optimise their shipments seamlessly within a branded environment. Tracking services are centralised on a single platform, and Luwjistik’s L-Chat chat interface streamlines customer service enquiries between users and network partners.

The strengths of the platform and its proven benefits led the Shippit Group of Australia to acquire Luwjistik for USD 11.3 million in 2022 – just over a year since it launched. Today, both companies work together synergistically as one united entity to create value for the logistics industry.

That same year, Luwjistik was honoured to be one of the 38 companies across four countries to participate in the Global Accelerator Program (GAP) Demo Day organised by the Malaysian Research Accelerator for Technology & Innovation (MRANTI).
