Stepping Inside Izara @ Bayu Sutera, Seremban

This article is 9 months old

A few months ago, I visited Seremban to stay at one of its renowned hotels for a business purpose. I seldom explore Seremban during my stays in Negeri Sembilan, typically favoring Port Dickson. However, on that particular day in Seremban, I seized the opportunity to explore nearby interesting places such as Lorong Seni, Galeri Tuanku Abdul Ja'afar, Muzium Negeri, and the beautiful Rumah Gadang Budi.

Seremban surprised me with its beauty. Despite the often congested PLUS highway, owing to the short distance between Seremban and Kuala Lumpur — facilitating easy daily commutes between the two states — the city itself was remarkably calm that weekend. It lacked the busyness of cities like KL or Georgetown. The cleanliness was satisfying, and the city was abundant with greenery, in my opinion.

After returning from this short workcation, I developed a desire to explore more interesting places, including the popular Sri Sendayan Mosque. To get there, you can take the Bandar Ainsdale exit.

Last week, I returned to Seremban and noticed the pleasant experience of a smooth drive along the road. Starting from Sri Sendayan Mosque, my journey continued through scenic routes with hill views on both sides. Upon reaching Bandar Sri Sendayan, I was surprised to find a sizable and mature neighborhood. While there, I took a break and refreshed myself at d'Tempat Country Club.

Observing the surroundings, d’Tempat Country Club emerges as a clubhouse with extensive facilities, featuring an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a kids' room, a wedding hall, a gym, a restaurant and bar, a mini cineplex, a 10-lane bowling alley, and a spa. It was here that I met Wati, one of the staff members from Matrix Concepts responsible for projects in Bandar Sri Sendayan. Given my growing interest in this neighborhood, I felt the need to gather more information about it.

In line with the success of the previous housing developments, now there are only about 150 units left of Izara. The developer’s focus now is promoting Izara @ Bayu Sutera homes, targeting Bumiputera buyers. The land status here is freehold too. This caught my interest.

Here we are, Izara Bayu Sutera, a special new project for bumi buyers only.

One of the key selling points of Izara’s housing project is its central location in Bandar Sri Sendayan. It takes less than 10 minutes from d’Tempat Country Club and X Park. A 3-acre lake park with a parcourse, a plaza, and water play area has also been developed for the community, ready to be used among its residences. No wonder the previous phase sold out quickly with these completed & exciting facilities!

Izara’s houses are two-storey Smart Homes equipped with:

  • Digital Lock

  • Smart System Speaker

  • Air conditioner IR Blaster

  • Lighting module

They are spacious and comfortable, measuring 20’x70’ (2315 square feet). There are 4 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Izara’s layout is pretty neat, with an expanded back area making the kitchen’s space very roomy.

View from kitchen has a spacious layout & it is open and airy.
Open kitchen & dining area, huge windows allowing air to breath in.
The living room is spacious, high ceilings & cozy.
A roomy master bedroom with big windows, perfect for letting in lots of sunshine.
Corner Unit - very spacious, you can have BBQ & have fun with your friends or family times.

This township hooked up my mind and urged me to visit Izara’s showhouse and go to some of the facilities and attractions that make Bandar Sri Sendayan a popular choice. The first place I visited was X Park Sendayan, located just opposite d’Tempat Country Club. It offers 18 exciting activities like ATV, Flying Fox, and Wall Climbing. Next to it is the Driving Range to hone your swinging skills.

We then passed by Matrix Global School and Sendayan Merchant Square. This well-developed commercial area reminds me of Taipan, Subang Jaya. I didn’t expect that all kinds of necessities are already available in this city, such as Lotus’ supermarket, Mydin, Columbia Asia Hospital, primary and secondary schools, international schools, banks and some renowned restaurants. Living closely with all the necessities that we need daily, doesn’t it sound like a dream life?

By the way, during my stop at d’Tempat Country Club, I noticed that there were Christmas decorations with cute sweet and candy themes. If you plan to visit Izara showhouse, it's best to come on Saturday and Sunday from December 9th to 24th, 2023 so you can enjoy the holiday celebration there. There will be many exciting activities, including playing with snow! You can RSVP at https://matrixcandyland.com.

As I was driving back to KL city, I couldn’t help but imagine moving to Seremban one day and enjoying a peaceful life in Bandar Sri Sendayan. It’s easy to reach Kuala Lumpur or the nearby Port Dickson beach. Even now, I can’t stop daydreaming, especially about owning a house like Izara. Quite appealing!
