Covid-19: Kudos to the frontliners
COMMENT | Yesterday, it was reported that a married couple from China have recovered and were discharged from the Permai Hospital in Johor Baru.
Photos and videos of the man and woman, the seventh and eighth Covid-19 cases in Malaysia, were shared, presumably with their consent, alongside the healthcare workers of the hospital.
At the time of writing, Malaysia has recorded 22 cases of Covid-19 infection. Out of that number, 15 are Chinese nationals, six are Malaysians and one sole American.
Out of these 22 cases, 15 have made full recovery and have been discharged from the hospitals where they were treated. This would mean that 68 percent of Covid-19 cases which were being treated in this country has fully recovered and discharged.
