COMMENT | Swatch raid: Not about LGBT but votes

COMMENT | The recent controversy regarding the “Allah” issue and emphasis on all things LGBT, is not about defending Islamic values.

It’s primarily about being holier than thou. It’s about trying to win Malay votes. No more, no less.

Is it really worth it, when the hypocrisy of the whole exercise will backfire and Pakatan Harapan will alienate its non-Muslim supporters and the few remaining Malay voters?...
