PJ Women Festival #IWD2020 #EachForEqual

In partnership with Malaysia Women Marathon 2020

On the 7th of March, Petaling Jaya MP Maria Chin Abdullah, Adun Bukit Lanjan Elizabeth Wong, Adun Kampung Tungku Lim Yi Wei and Adun Bandar Utama Jamaliah Jamaluddin will be teaming up to organise the PJ Women Festival at Padang Timur. The event will focus on spreading awareness and explore how each one of us can contribute towards a more equal world, end violence against women and sexual harassment and increase women's political participation. The event will run alongside the MCIS Life Malaysia Women Maraton 2020.

The event at Padang Timur is only one of the many events under the PJ Women Festival that will be run throughout Petaling Jaya this March 7th to 8th. The focus of the events will be on the #IWD2020 theme, Each for Equal.
