LETTER | Enough nonsense PKR, do something useful for the people

This article is 2 years old

LETTER | In the past, I had great respect for PKR and all that it fought for.

Their reasons for Reformasi were loud and resonant and their leaders were those respected by many Malaysians.

When they won the election in 2018, most Malaysians were hopeful and looking forward to a better future.

However, their joys were very short-lived and within a few months, they (Pakatan Harapan) proved how incapable they were.

Aside from making the wrong choice for the prime minister, they also started quarrelling among themselves and showed their true colours.

For most of us, they deserved what they got because they were certainly disappointing the people.

Today, even after a bitter lesson, it seems they are still confused.

Apart from a few, most of those in PKR need to look into the mirror long and carefully at themselves.

At a time when there is still a lot to do, including helping the victims of the recent floods who are still struggling to bounce back, we find people like Rafizi and Fahmi doing something ridiculous and a waste of time.

Voicing what Zuraida Kamaruddin said during an event about orangutans, can anyone tell me what is the benefit of this?

Sure, it was a slip of the tongue on her part, but does it need such a fuss?

After all, Zuraida is one of the ministers who has done her part for the country and managed to achieve all the commodity targets last year and even surpassed some targets.

Why don’t these clowns from PKR tweet about this?

Come on PKR, get up. People are losing faith in you and are slowly, but surely, looking for alternatives.

You (PKR) will be lucky to retain your seats in the next GE but can definitely forget about winning any new seats.

You gave hope to Malaysians once, but now it is time for us, the voters, to find new hope.
