'What corruption? Penang tunnel project awarded via open tender'

Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng today pointed out that the Penang undersea tunnel project was awarded to contractor Consortium Zenith BUCG Sdn Bhd via an open tender, stressing that there was no corruption involved.
