Case against ex-AIAC director postponed pending judicial review

The Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court today postponed the filing of charges against former Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) director N Sundra Rajoo, pending the hearing of a judicial review to uphold his immunity from prosecution.
