PAS lawmaker slighted by Yeoh's claim of parties 'misusing religion'
PARLIAMENT | A PAS lawmaker today grilled Women, Family and Community Development Deputy Minister Hannah Yeoh over a RM20,000 allocation to Sisters In Islam (SIS) on the grounds that the NGO "misuses" the name of Islam.
Siti Zailah Mohd Yusoff, however, became agitated when Yeoh claimed that there were also political parties who misused religion for their own gain.
