Police to probe Ummah rally over 'incomplete documents'
Police will be investigating the Ummah rally held in downtown Kuala Lumpur today under the Peaceful Assembly Act over the organiser's paperwork.
Dang Wangi district police chief Mohd Fahmi Visuvanthan said the organisers had failed to submit to police a letter from Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) giving them permission to hold their rally.
