Umno leaders vow to fight MACC’s compound notices for ‘1MDB funds’

More than 40 Umno leaders, recipients of MACC’s compound to return monies allegedly received from 1MDB, have vowed to challenge the anti-graft body’s directive.

Former Felda chairperson Shahrir Samad said the group is prepared to face any response action from the MACC, including potential court action.
