Isa floated Najib's name after board's rejection of hotel purchase - ex CEO
Former Felda chairperson Mohd Isa Samad allegedly floated then Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak's name after Felda Investment Corporation Sdn Bhd (FIC) initially rejected a proposal to purchase the Merdeka Palace Hotel & Suites in Kuching, Sarawak.
This was according to former FIC chief executive officer Mohd Zaid Abdul Jalil who testified as the 15th witness in Isa's graft trial at the Kuala Lumpur High Court today.
