Heavy rainfall alert for Kelantan, Terengganu
Bernama The Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) has issued a yellow weather alert in Kelantan and Terengganu as well as several districts in Pahang and Sabah that is expected to continue until tomorrow.
MetMalaysia in a statement today said that in Pahang, heavy rainfall was expected in Jerantut, Kuantan and Pekan.
In Sabah the areas to be affected are the West Coast (Ranau and Kota Belud), Sandakan, Telupid, Kinabatangan, Beluran and Kudat.
A yellow warning is issued when continuous heavy rainfall is expected to occur within one to three days.
