Penang National Unity director and son to be charged tomorrow
BernamaA director of the Penang National Unity and Integration Department and his son will be charged in the Butterworth Sessions Court in Penang tomorrow, according to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).
MACC named the two as Mohd Saidi Midin and his son Mohd Al-Azhim.
In a statement today, MACC said it had obtained permission to charge them at 9am tomorrow.
"Each will face a charge under the MACC Act 2009," it said.
It said further information on the case will be released tomorrow after the charge is read out in court.
