Penang National Unity director and son to be charged tomorrow
A director of the Penang National Unity and Integration Department and his son will be charged in the Butterworth Sessions Court in Penang tomorrow, according to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).
MACC named the two as Mohd Saidi Midin and his son Mohd Al-Azhim.
In a statement today, MACC said it had obtained permission to charge them at 9am tomorrow.
"Each will face a charge under the MACC Act 2009," it said.
It said further information on the case will be released tomorrow after the charge is read out in court.
