158 arrested in Penang, Relau market shuts down

CORONAVIRUS | Local authorities have warned to continue taking sterner action in enforcing the movement control order (MCO) to combat the spread of Covid-19.

Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow said as of yesterday (March 28), the police had arrested 158 people in Penang for violating the MCO.

Chow added, the Penang Island City Council (MBPP) had shut down the market section of Sri Aman Complex in Relau yesterday....
