Food items for the needy stolen from public hall in Penang

A Penang PKR assemblyperson expressed shock and disappointment when food items reserved for the needy in the movement control order (MCO) were stolen from a public hall in Bukit Mertajam.

Machang Bubok's Lee Khai Loon said the theft was discovered about 1pm yesterday when his officer went to the hall located in Alma (near Maybank branch), about 30 meters from his office.
