1. De facto Law Minister Takiyuddin Hassan (photo, above) said all MPs who do not have any positions in government will be appointed to head government-linked companies.

2. All major school examinations are expected to be postponed amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

3. A police inspector was arrested on suspicion of rape against two Mongolian nationals after he stopped the two women at a roadblock and found that they did not have proper documentation.

4. A Chinese daily, quoting an unnamed Umno source, reported that Pengerang MP Azalina Othman has been tipped to replace Nga Kor Ming as the Dewan Rakyat deputy speaker.
