'Gov't should snip barbershop plan, including in green zones'

CORONAVIRUS | Penang has joined the chorus of voices urging the federal government not to allow barbershops to open during the third phase of the movement control order (MCO) which has been extended to April 28.

Penang executive councillor Jagdeep Singh Deo said barbers would be flouting the MCO compliance rule on social distancing if they were open to customers.
