Motion for eight-day parliamentary sitting accepted for debate

Dewan Rakyat Speaker Mohamad Ariff Md Yusof has accepted an emergency motion to decide whether to extend the one-day parliamentary sitting on May 18 to eight days.

In a statement today, Ariff said he had received four motions from Batu Sapi MP Liew Vui Keong and has decided to accept some of them but not others.
