CORONAVIRUS | A total of 33 cases previously tested positive for Covid-19 by a laboratory in the republic was actually found to be false positives due to an apparatus calibration issue for one of the test kits.
“Subsequent retesting at the National Public Health Laboratory confirmed that these were negative cases,” said the republic’s Ministry of Health (MOH) in a statement issued late Sunday.
