BN declares undivided support for Muhyiddin but wants time for PN proposal

The BN supreme council today declared its undivided support for Muhyiddin Yassin as the prime minister and pledged to back him in the event of a no-confidence vote in the Dewan Rakyat.
However, BN was not immediately on board with the proposal to turn Perikatan Nasional into a formal coalition stating that the respective component parties comprising Umno, MCA, MIC and PBRS needed to undergo "certain processes".
