Some 8-year-olds have resorted to smoking - CAP

It appears to have become the norm for some eight-year-olds in the country to have taken up smoking.

According to Penang Consumer Association (CAP) education officer N V Subbarrow, this was found out as a result of a survey conducted by the CAP on cigarette use among youth.
