Prosecution in Ku Nan's RM1m graft case seeks stay of hearing
The prosecution in former federal territories minister Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor’s RM1 million corruption case is seeking to stay the hearing of the case at the Kuala Lumpur High Court.
Deputy public prosecutor Lailawati Ali told reporters after the case management before High Court deputy registrar Norazihah Asmuni today, that an application to that effect was filed last May 6.
