1. Dr Mahathir Mohamad said he would stop working with PKR and find other means to serve a third tenure as prime minister if the party continues to oppose his candidature for the top post.
2. Mahathir rejected the idea of being appointed to a senior cabinet position if Pakatan Harapan retakes power, and said he is still hopeful of pushing a no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin.
