Jepak MD admitted to paying RM6.5m to Rosmah - witness
ROSMAH TRIAL | A witness told the Kuala Lumpur High Court today that Jepak Holdings (Jepak) managing director Saidi Abang Samsudin admitted to paying RM6.5 million to Rosmah Mansor for her assistance in aiding the company to secure a solar hybrid project in Sarawak.
Rayyan Radzwill Abdullah, a Jepak business partner, said the payment was made by Saidi in two separate submissions and Saidi even informed him of the amount after the payment was made.
