School in neighbourhood with nine Covid-19 cases mandates face masks

CORONAVIRUS | A Johor school in the vicinity of a new Covid-19 cluster announced that it will mandate the wearing of a face mask for all students.

SK Taman Bukit Tiram, in a Facebook announcement, urged parents to ensure their children have a face mask which must be put on at all times while in school.

The government's current standard operating procedure does not make face masks mandatory for all students in school.
