Ex-Uber driver recharged over Pastor Koh case, to withdraw acquittal bid
Former Uber driver Lam Chang Nam (above, right) will be withdrawing his legal bid for an acquittal over two charges linked to the disappearance of Pastor Raymond Koh, his lawyer said.
Counsel Aaron Mark Pius said this was because Lam was today recharged for the same offences of extortion and kidnapping for which he had been previously granted a discharge not amounting to an acquittal (DNAA).
