Two ex-GLC managers face corruption charges worth RM1.4m
Two former managers of government-linked companies (GLCs) were charged in the Sessions Court here, today on 11 corruption charges worth RM1.4 million for supply and installation contracts for the Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) between 2012 and 2016.
Abu Haswandy Abu Bakar, 49, and Badrul Hisham Besri, 48, however, pleaded not guilty after all the charges were read out by the court interpreter before Judge Rozilah Salleh.
