1. Former finance minister Lim Guan Eng is expected to face two more charges of criminal misappropriation of property, on Monday. An aide to Housing and Local Government Minister Zuraida Kamaruddin revealed a letter that purportedly proves Lim was behind a directly negotiated contract attributed to Zuraida’s ministry, while Zuraida said she has letters to prove she was not involved.

2. Parts of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor have been hit with an unscheduled water disruption due to odour pollution, believed to be emanating from factories in Sungai Gong.
