This will affect 177 institutions in the district.
Negeri Sembilan saw a spike of Covid-19 infections today, with 96 new cases reported, the second-highest in the country.
According to the state's Health Department, Seremban currently has 179 active cases, with two subdistricts - Ampangan and Labu - as red zones.
Parents whose children are in boarding schools are required to take them home.
