Minister's Question Time extended to 10 minutes, but still no extra questions

The government has extended Minister's Question Time (MQT) in the Dewan Rakyat to 10 minutes, up from 5 minutes.
The extension is to allow ministers to reply in the Lower House instead of just giving a written reply that is uploaded online as was done during the 5 minute session...
