Batu Caves Thaipusam chariot procession approved - no stops and 10 person limit

The National Security Council has approved the Thaipusam chariot procession ferrying to bring the deity of Lord Murugan to the Batu Caves Hindu temple, said Federal Territories Minister Annuar Musa.
In a tweet last night, Annuar said the procession must be carried out under strict conditions.
