1. The National Security Council (NSC) updated its Chinese New Year standard operating procedure again, relaxing family reunion rules and temple prayers during the movement control order (MCO).

2. Bukit Aman internal security and public order head Abd Rahim Jaafar said even the law enforcers are confused by SOPs for the MCOs and conceded that some have wrongly issued fines.

3. Car accessory shops in Perak cried foul after state authorities instructed them to close down due to the MCO SOP, but similar businesses in other states remain open.
