Application to transfer Shahrir Samad's case to be heard on March 30

The application from former Felda chairperson Shahrir Ab Samad, who is charged with failing to declare the RM1 million he received from former premier Najib Abdul Razak to the Inland Revenue Board (IRB), to transfer the case from the Sessions Court to the High Court will be heard on March 30.
