Ipoh Barat MP M Kulasegaran has blasted the claim by Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Economic Affairs) Mustapa Mohamed that the unemployment rate was expected to stabilise by the middle of the year, saying that Putrajaya fell short on job-creating.
