Warisan lawyers file suit against Sebatik rep following resignation

Parti Warisan Sabah lawyers have filed a suit against Hassan A Gani Pg Amir for failing to resign as the Sebatik state assemblyperson upon his resignation from the party.

In a statement, Warisan said the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim were served by Messrs Liau Kee Siong & Co, representing the party, at Hassan's residence in Taman Fulliwa, Kota Kinabalu at 3.35pm today...
