Parti Solidariti Tanah Airku (Star) secretary-general Guan Dee Koh Hoi will be sworn-in as the new deputy tourism, arts and culture minister, according to a report.
The 68-year-old senator would replace his party's president Jeffery Kitingan for the post, after the latter relinquished it in September last year to become the Sabah deputy chief minister instead...
