Muda hauls home minister, ROS to court again over registration

Muda has gone to court once more over its attempt to be registered as a political party.
Today, the fledgeling group filed a judicial review leave application to compel Home Minister Hamzah Zainudin and the Registrar of Societies (ROS) to decide on its appeal to be registered. The legal action was filed at the Kuala Lumpur High Court.
