MCA leader wants S'gor to dip into RM2.56b reserves to help people

The Selangor government has been urged to dip into the state's RM2.56 billion reserves to alleviate the people’s hardship under the Covid-19 pandemic.
In a statement yesterday, MCA central committee member Lau Chin Kok proposed that the state government forks out RM1,000 in cash assistance to each hawker.
