SOP breach: Neelofa, husband to be charged tomorrow

Celebrity Noor Neelofa Mohd Noor and her husband, Muhammad Haris Mohd Ismail, will be charged at the Seremban Magistrate’s Court tomorrow with defying the conditional movement control order (CMCO) standard operating procedures (SOP).
