AstraZeneca jabs: Appointments at WTCKL, IDCC tomorrow rescheduled

AstraZeneca vaccine appointments fixed for tomorrow (May 30) at the World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur (WTCKL) and Ideal Convention Centre (IDCC) in Shah Alam have been retimed.

The new appointment times will be reflected on users' MySejahtera app, as well as the government's Covid-19 vaccination website.

The Special Committee on Covid-19 Vaccine Supply Access (JKJAV) said the change in timing was to space out the appointments and avoid crowds from building up.

They advised AstraZeneca vaccine recipients scheduled for tomorrow to come only 30 minutes before their appointments and not any earlier.

There were reports of large crowds again at the WTCKL today, a problem that also occurred two weeks ago.
